1. Parties and Scope
These Terms govern the relationship between the operator of TourKey and the user who registers on the platform. By registering, you accept these terms.
2. Service Description
TourKey is a B2B SaaS platform for tour operators and travel agencies offering tour management, ticket sales, agency management, and finance tracking.
3. Account Security
You must provide accurate information and keep your password confidential. You are responsible for all actions on your account.
4. Subscription & Payment
Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually via Lemon Squeezy. Refunds are not provided except for technical failures.
5. User Obligations
You must comply with applicable laws, not harm the platform infrastructure, not impersonate others, and not transfer your account to third parties.
6. Liability Limitations
TourKey is not liable for force majeure, user error, or third-party service disruptions.
7. Intellectual Property
Platform design and code belong to TourKey. Users own the data they input.
8. Account Termination
Accounts may be suspended or deleted for terms violations, payment failure, or legal requirements.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Turkey. Disputes are subject to the courts of Antalya.
10. Changes
Important changes will be notified at least 15 days in advance. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
